Gears of War 3 will will feature many new, brutal weapons that were not found in previous Gears of War games.  Chief among them will be the retro lancer, which will include a bayonet instead of a chainsaw, and a sawed off shotgun.

Of course, old favorites like the lancer, hammerburst, torque-bow, and gnasher will be back.
